A fantastic position has become available for a BREEAM Assessor to join an established environmental and engineering consultancy in their Essex offices. Within the role you will be working on large scale projects, varying from retail, mixed-use, multi residential and commercial developments for well respected clients.

Qualifications: In this instance candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. Applicants with membership to an appropriate professional body will be at an advantage.

Location: Essex

Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful BREEAM Assessor will have a relevant consultancy background and will be accredited in one or more BREEAM schemes. In addition candidates should have a strong passion for sustainable design and be interested in working in other disciples such as energy / carbon management and waste management.

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000

Duties:

• Undertaking BREEAM assessments

• Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design

• Client liaison

• Project management

• Report writing
