Our client, an International multidisciplinary consultancy has a requirement for a Sustainability Engineer to join their team in their Lndon offices and assist them in providing their clients with expert advice on a range of Sustainability issues.

Qualifications: Suitable candidate will have a BSc/BEng in a relevant Environmental discipline and ideally an MSc in a field such as Sustainable Development, applicants who hold full membership to a professional body (IEMA, CIBSE, ABBE) will be at an advantage. Due to the high level of International projects that the consultancy is currently undertaking additional language skills are highly desired.

Experience: For this role candidates are required with demonstrable experience in the design of sustainable buildings industry and ideally working within a consultancy environment. The ability to use IES to create thermal models of buildings is essential for the role, preferably applicants will have previously undertaken International projects.

Duties:

• Undertaking Energy audits/survey’s

• Working on Sustainable building appraisals

• Assisting with post construction reviews

• Using the latest software to produce thermal models

• Report writing
