Our client is seeking an experienced legionella risk assessor to operate in a home based capacity from the Midlands region.

Qualifications and Experience: City and Guilds - Minimising the Risk of Legionella in Hot and Cold Water Systems. Full UK driving licence

Salary: Circa £25k plus benefits including company vehicle or allowance

Company: Water and air hygiene consultancy with a UK wide coverage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Legionella Risk Assessments (L8)

• Auditing of site records

• Assessments of ducted air conditioning systems

• Environmental assessments of occupied areas in relation to indoor air quality

• Report production (including observations/recommendations/interpretations of laboratory analysis)

• Liaison with contract and project managers

• Giving presentations of the reports to clients as and when necessary

• Completing work within agreed time frames
