We have a fantastic opportunity
for a Stack Emissions Technician qualified to MCERTS Level 1 to join an
independent UKAS accredited consultancy based in Stockport offering advice and
monitoring in all aspects of Health, Safety and the Environment. You will join a
stack emissions testing team all registered with MCERTS experienced in
monitoring emissions from a wide range of industrial processes and responsible
for providing a high quality stack emission service across the UK.

Qualification:
MCERTS
Level 1 certified
Experience
-
Industry experience in the
fields of Power plant performance testing, Environmental testing and Power
plant instrumentation and measurement systems.
-
Computer literate with
familiarity of Microsoft and other engineering application packages
-
Strong team working,
interpersonal, written and oral skills
-
ECITB safety passport holder
and or commensurate site experience
-
Clean driving license
-
Physically fit with an aptitude
for the practical aspects of this investigational work.
Duties

Testing and monitoring for many
components of process emissions to relevant international and European
standards

Creating and developing
relationships with clients to further business

Ensuring work is carried out to
the full requirements of MCERTS and UKAS

Stack data processing

Site Walkover and Assessment

Liaison with Clients/ Local
Authorities

Supporting Project Management
