Due to continued growth, our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with expertise in energy, sustainability, infrastructure, landscape design, mining and waste working closely with clients in both public and private sectors have a requirement for an Environmental Consultant with a background in acoustics, EIA and land quality to join their multidiscipline team in Manchester. You will be involved in a number of high profile developments across all sectors including Waste Management Facilities, Land and Property, Mining and Minerals, Renewable Energy and Transportation Schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career within an international consultancy working in a range of environmental disciplines with options to focus and specialize in an area of choice including air quality, acoustics, EIA, sustainability, contaminated land and waste.

Salary: £18-22K + Benefits

Qualifications:

• MSc/BSc in a relevant subject area

• Full Driving license

Experience:

• 1-2 years environmental consultancy experience

• Technically competent and IT proficient

• Experience EIA, land quality and noise assessments

• Commercially aware and team player

• Good communication and client liaison skills

• Excellent report writing skills

• Specialist understanding of the required standards and regulations

Projects:

• regeneration, education, healthcare, property, waste, and energy sectors, Mining and Minerals and Transportation Schemes
