Senior Contaminated Land Consultant

Salary: £NEG

Qualification: Geology, engineering geology, environmental science or relevant discipline

Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years contaminated land experience. Familiarity with waste regulations and IPPC will be an advantage.

Salary: £NEG

Duties:

  • Contaminated land supervision and investigation including management of soil and groundwater investigation

  • Risk assessment and human health risk assessment

  • Topsoil validation works

  • Developing conceptual site models

  • Mentor to junior staff members

  • Business development and project management

Typical Projects:

This international environmental and health science consultancy are currently looking for a competent contaminated land consultant with excellent leadership skills to join their environmental team based in Bath. This consultancy work with clients to assess and manage the potential environmental, energy, and health issues associated with their activities and products. You will become an integral part of this delivering advice and guidance in the project & technical management of soil and groundwater investigation & risk assessment.
