Process Manager

Bristol, UK

Salary: £28 - 38K+

Qualification: You will have a BSc or MSc in process engineering, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, hydrogeology or similar.

Experience: This role will entail a substantial amount of responsibility and will require a talented, experienced individual who can hit the ground running. You will have outstanding communication skills and have prior bid proposal creation. Prior contractual or consultancy experience within the contaminated land/ remediation sector is essential.

Salary: £28-38,000 + benefits package

Duties:

  • Designing innovative remedial solutions for a variety of contaminated land projects

  • Designing on-site equipment systems

  • Management of on-site process systems for clients

  • Undertaking and maintaining frequent client liaison

  • Designing plant packages for each client

  • Writing detailed proposals, tenders and bids to procure and cost each individual project

  • Project management

  • Management of a small team of engineers and site managers

  • Willingness to travel to a variety of remediation sites

Typical Projects:

This cutting edge, innovative, design and build remediation contractor are currently looking to expand their team and are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic process manager/ engineer. You will work on a variety of brownfield and other remediation projects for a variety of private and public sector clients. . The role will entail working closely with the technical director to produce outstanding process designs for clients. This is a mixed role that will entail both site based work and remedial solution design along with commercial tender and bid production duties.
