Remediation Engineer

We are urgently seeking a remediation engineer for a leading remediation contractor based near Cardiff. The successful candidate will join an award winning organisation and work on a range of in situ and ex situ remediation projects across the South West regions. It is essential that candidates have certifications to work on National Grid sites.

Suitable candidates will have a wealth of remediation site supervision expertise. The successful candidate will be tasked with producing site desk studies, designing, analysing and monitoring site investigations, formulating and designing conceptual models and remediation strategies, client liaison and project management.

Typically you will be working on oil spill, contaminated soil and groundwater remediation projects.

It is essential that candidates have a first class academic background. Preferred subjects include Geology, Geoscience or Environmental Science. Ideal candidates will have an MSc in contaminated land or a relevant field.
