Senior Remediation Engineer - Manchester

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Remediation Engineer for a U.K leading ground engineering contractor based in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to assist in the management of remediation project management.

Successful candidates will demonstrate experience as a contaminated land and groundwater remediation project manager. Client and contractor liaison is fundamental to this role therefore you will be expected to have first class project management and relationship building skills.

It is essential that candidates have an abundance of experience working with oil spill remediation projects. Typically you will work on petroleum storage sites, you will be involved in cradle to grave project management, site assessments and an array of remediation techniques including excavation and multi-phase extraction.

Successful candidates will have an excellent academic background preferred subjects include Geology, Geoscience or Environmental Science. Ideal candidates will have an MSc in a relevant field.
