Our client is a high-quality Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consultancy firm who are currently seeking an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer to join its team in Aberdeen. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, hardworking Design Engineers, who will have ideally gained experience in the building services sector. Successfully chosen candidates can expec t to be rewarded with a very healthy start up salary of £25,000 as well as a healthy benefits package.

Suitable Qualifications:

-Educated to a degree level in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
-Hands on experience in the design of Building Services Engineering systems
-Strong communication skills
-Strong design skills
-Concise, structured approach to work
-Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
-Experience of working within the rail sector would be advantageous though not essential


Duties:
Working as an Electrical Engineer you would expect to;
-Work on a broad range of electrical systems in buildings within the rail sector
-Work closely under the supervision and guidance of a senior team member
-In charge of visiting a wide range of sites in order to complete detailed surveys and site inspections
-Competent in using design software
-Assist in preparing feasibility studies
