Habitat Ecologist - London - £20,000 - £26,000
An established environmental consultancy with offices throughout the UK is looking to expand the team in London with a Habitat Ecologist.
The ideal Habitat Ecologist will have experience of carrying out a range of botanical surveys, including Phase 1 and NVC surveys, and be able to demonstrate strong plant identification skills. You will have carried out ecological
appraisals and worked on ecological chapters of environmental impact assessments.
As a Habitat Ecologist you will be alongside a professional team carrying out a range of habitat and vegetation surveys. You will be involved in undertaking Phase 1 and Phase 2 (NVC classification) surveys as well as river habitat surveys. You will also be required to carry out protected species surveys and assessments.
