Due to expansion, this well respected multi-disciplinary consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Sustainability Consultant to join their team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful Consultant to join an award winning team, working on a wide variety of large scale projects within the commercial, education and industrial sectors.
Qualifications:
In this instance candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. Candidates should be accredited in one or more of the following; BREEAM, SAP assessments or Code for Sustainable Homes.
Location: Bristol
Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful Energy and Sustainability Consultant will have demonstrable experience in energy modelling for existing and new build developments, carrying out BREEAM assessments and delivering sustainability strategies, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
- Completing energy modelling work using the latest software
- Undertaking BREEAM assessments at all stages of the project life cycle
- Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
- Report writing
- Assisting with the production of EPC's, DEC's and SAP calculations
