An experienced Town Planner is required by my client in London to join their growing team due to an increase in workload. The Town Planner will be joining a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy.
The qualified MRTPI Town Planner will be joining a consultancy that has offices throughout the UK and a respectable and diverse client list. The range of p
rojects will offer the opportunity for the Town Planner to boost their experience across areas such as Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use developments and Retail.
The ideal MRTPI Town Planner will have at least 4 years' experience, preferably within a private consultancy. Previous experience across a broad cross-section of sectors is beneficial, as is an extensive knowledge of the UK planning system. Client liaison will form an important element of your role; therefore, any previous client engagement or stakeholder engagement will be advantageous.
Personal attributes would preferably include the ability to communicate effectively, enthusiasm, the ability to work cohesively within a team but also independently.
The successful MRTPI Town Planner will be supporting senior colleagues by providing research and analysis, contributing to planning applications, a variety of planning related statements and liaising closely with clients.
