Our client is currently searching for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join a highly organised, well established team based in Oxford. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Mechanical Engineer who must have strong past experience working on a wide range of mechanical systems in buildings in Healthcare, education a
nd private and public housing, commercial and retail. Successfully chosen candidates will be invited to join a fun, friendly and hard working team based in Oxford and offered a generous start salary of £27-35,000 depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Candidates will have gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering or from a similar relevant discipline. It is essential that candidates have past experience gained within a building services environment. Candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be highly competent in use of MS Word and Excel. In addition candidates must display a strong methodical approach to work.
Duties:
Working as an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer you will become confident in the design of mechanical services in buildings. You will work alongside more senior members of staff assisting in the preparation of feasibility studies and project design. You will become responsible for carrying out detailed surveys and site inspections.
