My client is a specialist engineering consultancy that provides services to a variety of clients in the UK and abroad, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highways Design Engineer to join their busy and growing team. The ideal Highways Design Engin
eer will be Chartered, and have:
*Solid consultancy experience in the design and build of Highways
*Solid academic background, with a MEng degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
*Excellent technical skills and knowledge
*Ability to work solidly as part of a team and share your expertise
*Demonstrate skills and experience in design from feasibility to construction stages
As a Highways Design Engineer you will be involved in a variety of exciting projects, working with a busy and expert team. You will participate in the detailed design of civil and structural projects with a hands on approach and excellent technical skills. You will be able to liaise with clients and contractors and ensure projects are delivered on time, too budget and to a high standard.
