Senior Ornithologist
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Salary: £25000 - £32000 per annum

Senior Ornithologist, Edinburgh.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Ornithologist to lead and develop a team of ornithologists within a multinational multidisciplinary consultancy.
Working out of an Edinburgh office, you will help to increase the skill set of the existing team and ornithological workload through procuring new business opportunities. This will include liaising with a portfolio of clients and developing new working relationsh
ips with stakeholders and landowners.
In order to be considered for this position, you must hold:
*At least 3 years experience working within a consultancy environment
*Demonstrable field survey experience undertaking a range of bird surveys
*Experience writing ornithological reports and tenders
*Familiarity working on wind farm and other renewable developments
*Schedule 1 birding licence
