Our client, a well respected environmental consultancy has a fantastic position available for a Sustainability Consultant to join their London based team. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a wide variety of large scale projects in the commercial, industrial and education sectors.
Qualifications: In this instance candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng
(or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. Candidates should be accredited in one or more of the following; BREEAM, SAP assessments or Code for Sustainable Homes.
Location: London
Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful Senior Sustainability Consultant will have demonstrable experience in undertaking energy and sustainability strategies, energy modelling for existing and new build developments and carrying out BREEAM assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Duties:
- Completing energy and sustainability strategies
- Undertaking BREEAM assessments
- Completing energy modelling work using the latest software
- Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
- Preparing written reports
