Geotechnical Site Investigation Engineer - Tewkesbury



Location: Tewkesbury, England
Salary: £22000 - £28000 per annum

We currently have an excellent opportunity available in Gloucestershire for a Geotechnical Engineer with previous experience supervising site investigation projects. If successful, you would be joining an award winning ground engineering company, working on projects around the UK.

For this position we would be looking for someone with roughly two to five years' geotechnical experience within the UK market. You will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Geology and will (ideally) have an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology. For this position you will be required to have a CSCS card and a full driving license.

As a Geotechnical Engineer your responsibilities will include:

Logging soils and rocks to BS5930.
Factual and interpretative reporting.
Trial pitting.
In-situ testing and monitoring.
Supervision and management of site investigation projects.
Soil and rock laboratory testing.
Regularly liaising with clients.
