Our client, a well respected environmental consultancy has an exciting opportunity available for a BREEAM Consultant to join their growing team in Sheffield. Within the role, the successful BREEAM Consultant will be working on a variety of projects in the education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
Qualifications: Ideally candidates will have a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) in a relevant
sustainability / building services discipline and will be a fully qualified BREEAM Assessor in one or more schemes.
Location: Sheffield commutable from Leeds, Harrogate, Barnsley, Doncaster
Experience: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM Assessments, including pre-assessments and post construction reviews, preferably within a consultancy environment. Applicant who also have experience in Part L calculations / renewable feasibility studies will be at an advantage.
Duties:
- Completing BREEAM Assessments
- Leading client meetings
- Preparing high quality written reports
- Managing projects
- Assisting with the delivery of Part L calculations
