Our client, a well respected engineering and environmental consultancy has an exciting position available for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Bristol. The successful candidate can expect to work on large scale projects within the commercial, education and industrial sectors.
Qualifications: In this instance candidates are sought with a B
Sc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. Candidates should be accredited in one or more of the following; BREEAM, SAP assessments or Code for Sustainable Homes.
Location: Bristol commutable from Bath, Cardiff, Swindon
Experience: For this role it is anticipated that the successful Senior Sustainability Consultant will have demonstrable experience of managing and delivering BREEAM assessments and developing sustainability strategies, preferably within a consultancy environment. Applicants who have have additional experience of undertaking thermal modelling work will be at an advantage.
Duties:
- Undertaking BREEAM assessments
- Completing energy modelling work using the latest software
- Advising clients on all areas of sustainable design
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
- Preparing written reports
