Graduate Building Surveyor

£18,000-20,000 plus benefits

Our client is a leading property and engineering consultancy. They are currently looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor to work from their offices in Oxford. The successful candidate shall have a BSc in Building Surveying or Construction Management (or equivalent), as well as progressing towards membership with RICS or CIOB. You should also have upwards of a yea rs work experience ideally within a consultancy setting

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally renowned engineering firm which invests in their employees, and which boasts an array of exciting long term projects in both the public and private sector including; Rail, Highways, Utilities, Health Services and Education.

About You: BSc in Building Surveying, Construction Management or similar. A full driving licence. Building Surveyor placements are desirable. Working toward membership with RICS or CIOB. Upwards of 12 months work experience (ideally in a consultancy setting)

Duties include;

*Delivering projects for councils, local authorities and private sector clients
*Carrying out site inspections
*Developing designs and specifications
*Providing clients with advice
*Working closely with Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Architects
*Working to UK industry compliance standards
