My client is an established global multi-disciplinary consultancy that offers a range of services across numerous Engineering and Environmental markets, and a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transport Engineer to join their growing and expert team, working on a variety of both public and private sector development projects.
The ideal Transport Engineer wi
ll have a quality degree in a relevant academic background, with preferably a Masters in Transport Planning. You will have experience of working as a Transport Engineer from within a private consultancy, and have an excellent experience in producing quality travel plans and transport assessments, as well as good experience using junction analysis software such as arcady and picady, with experience in micro-simulation modelling being advantageous but not essential.
As a Transport Planner you will work on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from works with local authority and public sector bodies, to high profiled private sector clients, on a variety of development projects which range from retail, residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. You will work well within a successful team and be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and too budget, and to a quality representative of this high profile company.
