Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: £17000 - £24000 per annum

Aquatic Ecologist, Scottish Central Belt.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Aquatic Ecologist to join a UK leading, multidisciplinary consultancy in Scotland. Our client has recently opened a Scotland based office, and requires the expertise of an experienced Aquatic Ecologist to help with an expanding workload.
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must hold at least one years consultancy experience, demonstrating survey
skills in the following areas:
*FWPM surveys
*River and standing water macrophyte surveys
*RHS surveys
*Fish habitat surveys
The above experience will also need to be coupled with the ability analyse aquatic survey data and write high quality methodologies and reports for public and private sector clients.
Other qualifications required:
1.Strong academic background (at least BSc) in a freshwater/aquatic related subject
2.CIEEM membership
3.Full, clean UK driving licence
Salary - £17,000 to £24,000 depending on experience.
