ut for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have significant commercial and residential experience. Furthermore candidates will be Chartered or working towards Chartered status. The successful candidates will be rewarded with a generous salary of £35-45,000 plus benefits.
In order to be seriously considered for this position candidates must come from a strong Mechanical background, ideally degree calibre individuals or with equal, relevant experience. It is essential that candidates are capable of managing a key portfolio of projects and are able to review designs against client specifications and undertake value engineering. The successful applicant must have previous experience in the commercial and residential sectors.
Working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer you are required to deliver challenging projects across sectors. The role will involve pre- meetings and handover/snagging all of which will take place on site. Current projects are in the commercial and residential sectors involving refurbishment and condition surveys. Candidates should be IT proficient.
