Our client is a UK leading organization that specializes in environmental testing, assessment and consultancy across a broad range of industries, and are currently seeking a Trainee Stack Emissions Tester to work from their office in the Manchester region.

Requirements-

Degree qualification in an Environmental Study or Scientific based discipline.
Strong IT and numerical skills.
Flexible to work across va rious sites in the UK.
Driving license.


Duties
Testing of stack emissions to relevant international and European standards
Supporting teams of technicians and project managing
Producing technically accurate reports
Creating and developing relationships with clients to further business
Ensuring work is carried out to the full requirements of MCERTS and UKAS
Carrying out pollution monitoring campaigns at industrial complexes throughout the UK.
Stack data processing
Operation and calibration of sampling equipment.
Occupational Hygiene Testing

Projects
Monitoring Emissions from landfill engines and flares
Quarry Plants
Chemical Production Plants
Local Council Facilities
Construction Sites (Dust Monitoring)
