Graduate Water Treatment Consultant

An independent water treatment consultancy is looking for a recent Graduate to join their team based near Liverpool. You will receive intensive training with guidance and support as you become a competent Water Treatment Consultant.

You must be a recent Graduate with a degree in a scientific or environmental discipline, with a genuine interest in the subject. The ability to demonstrate an understanding of ACOP L8 would be advantageous, with knowledge of the water sector and current Health and Safety legislation. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and live within a commutable distance.

As Graduate Water Treatment Consultant, your main duties include:
*Carrying out chemical analysis of water systems
*Liaising with clients and attending appointments on sites throughout the region
*Undertaking chemical flushing and tank cleaning
*Water sampling and monitoring for bacteria
*Treatment and cleaning of cooling towers
*Carrying out legionella risk assessments to ACOP L8
