Transport Planner

Warwickshire

Leamington Spa, Coventry, Stratford upon Avon, Redditch

£25,000-30,000 plus benefits

Our client is a leading transport planning and engineering consultancy based in Warwickshire. They specialise in development planning schemes across England and Wales. Due to continual growth they are currently looking to recruit a Transport Planner to join their multidisciplined team.

The successful can didate shall ideally have upwards of 3 years transport planning consultancy experience and be able to display a good knowledge of transport issues associated to develop planning. You shall be involved in a diverse range of project work including strategic transport planning, highway feasibility design, travel planning and public transport planning.

About You: Degree qualified in a transport planning related discipline. 2-5 years transport planning consultancy experience.

Duties include:
*Preparation of travel plans
*Preparation of transport assessments
*Traffic capacity analysis
*Development control policy/guidance
*Highway design guidance
*Liaising with clients / local authorities / stakeholders
*Project management where appropriate
