Are you a graduate of building surveying, looking to join a well-regarded independent firm of chartered surveyors recognised for their professional level of services to multiple properties within the commercial and residential sector?
As part of the graduate building surveyor role, you will supported throughout your APC with confidence as your new company are known for their efficiency in passing graduates through their APC. This company specialise in a variety of services across a number of sectors, therefore you can be assured that you will be able to complete a number of specialisms and competencies as part of the APC. This role is also suitable for someone with experience within a building surveyor role but is yet to complete their APC.
The graduate building surveyor role incorporates an all-encompassing building surveyor position. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple building surveying services within the residential and commercial sector alongside leading Chartered Surveyors in the South East.
Within the commercial and residential sector, you will work on a variety of properties, including, large and listed buildings.

You will also be required to liaise professionally with a variety of high end clients across the South East and other regions throughout the UK. You will be responsible for maintaining the professional and personal service your new company are highly renowned for.

You will be offered a competitive salary of £18,000 - £25,000 + APC + Benefits
