The Role

As part of this role within a well-regarded asbestos project management company, you will predominantly be responsible for the delivery of Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.

This asbestos surveyor analyst role is an all-encompassing role that will entail a variety of domestic and residential properties, such as; schools, universities, churches, offices, museums, ships, power stations. You will work with a number of loyal customers, from a diverse range of sectors, including; local authority, government, universities, hospitals, landlords.

Your new asbestos surveyor analyst role will include the essential element of determining if an area is safe or not by fulfilling multiple variations of air-testing. You will assist in UKAS accredited air testing, whilst working in accordance with the HSE guidelines, working collaboratively with partner laboratories you will carry out;

  • Background testing
  • Leak testing
  • Personal monitoring
  • 4 - stage clearance testing
  • Reassurance testing

The Requirements

In order to be successful for the asbestos surveyor analyst opportunity, you must fulfil the following requirements;

  • P402, P403 and P404 qualified
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Full UK driving licence

The successful asbestos surveyor analyst will join a UKAS accredited asbestos project management company who specialise in the identification and bulk sampling, surveys, air testing, consultancy, project management and duty to manage. They also have experts and partners in lead, legionella, mould, hazmat & contaminated land and ecology. They are a totally independent consultancy team made up of professional scientists and environmental engineers with over 100 years of experience. You will be offered a salary of Asbestos Surveyor Analyst a salary of 25,000 - 30,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits.

Commutable locations include; Surrey, Tonbridge, Guildford, Crawley
