Graduate Town Planner
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Consultancy based in London, who are looking to recruit an exceptional Graduate Town Planner to join their team and assist in the delivery of high calibre Planning services across the UK.
This top 10 UK consultancy provide a full range of planning services which includes Planning Applications, Permitted Development Rights, Appeals, Development Appraisals, Enforcement, Lawful development certificates, Land promotion and EIA’s.
Key duties and responsibilties will include:
The company’s leadership team are experienced in supporting Graduate Planners through the APC process.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 months’ post-graduate experience, a relevant RTPI accredited degree and/or Masters as noted above and have a full UK driving license. You should have a team player attitude but the confidence to work independently where required. It is expected that you will hold excellent communication and rapport building skills.
