My client is a market-leading, established multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in providing Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering & Sustainability services to a diverse client base across the world. They have over 100 offices across the world, and due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit a Senior Health & Safety Consultant to join the team in their Hertfordshire office.

The role of Senior Health & Safety Consultant will see you working on a range of projects, providing CDM advisor and Principal Designer support. You will visit regional construction sites, assessing compliance, carrying out due diligence, and delivering tool-box talks, induction training and carrying out audits. In addition, you will be delivering H&S training sessions, assisting with proposals and tenders and playing a key part in the growth of the team.

To be considered for the role of Senior Health & Safety Consultant, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* NEBOSH Construction certificate
* A minimum of 3 years experience working on consultancy projects
* Working knowledge of CDM 2015, and previous experience of CDM support
* Membership of IOSH
* Full driving license
* Good team player, excellent communication skills

A basic salary of between 35-45k is on offer depending on experience, along with a contributory pension scheme, flexible benefits programme and ongoing career and professional development.
