Sound Insulation and Air Testing Engineer

Our client is a UK leading Engineering firm in the construction market, are urgently seeking to recruit an Experienced Sound Insulation and Air Testing Engineer to cover both South London and the Surrey area.

Requirements-
BSc or MSc in Acoustics or closely related discipline.
A minimum of 6 months commercial experience in Sound Insulation and Air testing
Up to knowledge and awareness of UK regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Driving license.

Duties-

Sound Insulation, Air Testing and Ventilation testing
Providing on site analysis when tests fail.
Undertaking written remedial solutions.
Carrying out assessments in line with regulations, such as EcoHomes and the code for sustainable homes.
Giving guidance at design stage.
Writing technical reports.

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual, who is able to work their time scales. Effective management of workload in order to meet tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to confidently liaise between clients and other industry contacts.
This is a home base role, and our client is looking for a individual who has easy access to London and its surrounding counties.
