Salary : £30K+

An opportunity to join a leading environmental and engineering consultancy operating within the Irish private sector. They are seeking an experience, ambitious hydrogeologist to join their multidisciplined team in Dublin.

Qualifications and Experience: You will need a BSc in a ground engineering discipline (e.g. Geology or Civil Engineering) followed by an MSc in Hydrogeology or a similar discipline. It is essential that you have several years experience of undertaking site investigations in relation to remediation and contaminated land hydrogeology

Salary: Upwards of £30,000 plus benefits (starting salary is negotiable depending on experience/qualifications)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Groundwater modeling

• Groundwater resource development

• Groundwater flood risk assessments

• Environmental impact assessments

• Technical report writing

• Preparing groundwater source protection plans

• Mentoring less experience consultants

• Supporting senior management with business development

• Project management
