Qualification - 2:1 Human Geography / Mathematics / MSC Transport Planning and Engineering

Experience - A minimum of 3/4 years experience is ideal

Salary - Negotiable

Company - Independent Multi specialist consultancy firm

Staff - 10 UK offices, 600 staff

Duties :

• Managing transport projects/briefs

• Leading team of graduates, assistant engineers and technicians to meet deadlines

• Preparing transport assessments and managing technical work

• Client and external project team liaison

• Master Planning

About You:

• You should have an excellent understanding of some computer software packages such as PICADY, ARCADY, TRANSYT, OSCADY and LINSIG.

• Experience in undertaking transport assessments and in urban re generation work

• Knowledge of the development planning process is essential

Typical Projects:

• Designing effective traffic management schemes for local authorities and private developers.
