Title: Bi-lingual HSE Trainer (Fluent French) - EARTHPPL196Location: West AfricaTerms: ContractDescription: OperatorDescription My client is an international oil and gas operator who has developed operations in West Africa and as a result needs to bring the HSE standards up to international standards. My client requires an HSE trainer with strong communication skills and the ability to instruct local people. The candidate must speak fluent French. As a suitable professional you will have a minimum of 5 years post education experience in HSE with a majority of the experience in operations and training. A degree in engineering or a relevant science discipline and qualifications in HSE are essential. Broad experience in HSE management systems, emergency response, auditing, training, behavioral observation and risk assessment techniques is needed in order to design, implement and embed HSE operations practices. This role involves offshore/onshore site visits and communication with locals. This role will suit a candidate currently working for a major operator who has experience in Africa and has a strong desire to embed HSE in company personnel.
