An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Explorationist to join an up and coming dynamic operating company in South East Asia. After a successful year of production last year this operator has planned to reinvest it in several exploration programmes, they currently have an active drilling campaign underway and are shooting seismic in several blocks. Being a lively operating company with aspirations to grow their portfolio now is a great time to join the business, help contribute to their future success and be rewarded for it.

You will be charged with 2D and 3D seismic interpretation for regional and new ventures work, including mapping and attribute measurements. Whilst working in a small multi-disciplinary subsurface team you will essentially generate, evaluate prospects and recommend to management drilling locations. You will play a pivotal role within the company in the planning and execution of geophysical work programmes, whilst mentoring less experienced staff. Proven experience of presenting work programmes to management and working closely with government representatives will be looked upon favorable for this role.

As this role is for an experienced professional you will have a minimum of 15 years working for a well respected operator in a technical role. If you enjoy taking the lead and showing initiative then this flat structured operator would be keen to hear from you.
