Title: Contract GeophysicistLocation: Western EuropeTerms: StaffDescription A global operator based in Western Europe is looking to secure the services of a Processing Geophysicist on a year long contract to play an integral role within their Exploration department. You will need to have sound experience in planning, supervising and the QC of geophysical projects including seismic processing, reservoir characterization and marine acquisition. Exposure to AVO modelling and inversion will be looked upon highly. If you have between 5-10 years experience and working knowledge of software's such as Hampton Russell, Strata and Fugro Jason then you will be well placed to succeed in this role. Although a contract role to start with my client is looking to take the right person on permanently if they show application. This is a brief outline of the position.
