This business is a rapidly expanding international operator with impressive production levels from key oil and gas hubs worldwide. They have recently acquired highly prospective blocks that are now key to their ongoing success, and as a result they are now looking for a Senior Geologist to join their team on a 1 year contract in the Middle East.

The Role

As a suitable professional, you will join the multi disciplinary and multi cultural team to advise on all aspects of exploration from a geological point of view. You will be responsible for seismic interpretation/integration, play trend mapping, prospect generation and risk and reserve analysis.

Skills and Experience Required

Since the role is aimed at a Senior Geologist, you will naturally have a minimum of 15 years experience with a recognized operating company. You must have experience of successful discoveries in carbonate settings. Fractured reservoir experience is highly beneficial.
