Description

With head quarters in a Western European historic and operations on 4 different continents, the client we represent is an expanding mid-sized exploration and production company. They are in the process of recruiting a senior production technologist to provide expert optimization strategies and advice for potentially all of the company's producing assets, both operated and non-operated.

Based in the company's European headquarters, the production technologist will provide specialist consultancy advice to the subsidiary operating companies the group owns around the world. Also, the promotion and implementation of cutting edge production optimization technologies will be an essential part of the duties.

Applicants should ideally hold a Masters degree in petroleum engineering (or a related discipline) and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in production technology with extensive international exposure. Further, proficiency in the design of completions, the implementation of artificial lift systems and sand control strategies is essential to the role.
