My client is a mid sized independent Oil and Gas operator with an outstanding production per capita rate and a focus on deepwater and HPHT exploration.

The company now find themselves in a growth cycle and this has led to the creation of a new department with a new corporate drilling team. The companies corporate drilling team exists to tie together the groups drilling campaigns, the bulk of the work involved will be well planning, design and overseeing global operations as well as developing indigenous local teams and embracing new drilling technologies. This means the person who attains this position will be given the opportunity to establish a corporate structure that will effectively set a global standard and move the company forward.

In order to match the company's expectations the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience as a drilling engineer with major operating companies in various global locations. You will be degree educated and have worked in global positions for at least the last five years of your career. In order to secure the ideal candidate the company will remunerate accordingly and offer an outstanding local terms contract.
