I have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Reservoir Engineer to join a one of the world's leading integrated energy companies in the capacity of Principle Reservoir Engineer. My client has assets that span the globe and its presence in the Norwegian North Sea is increasing rapidly. Its first operated field is due on-stream and they are looking to engage a seasoned Reservoir Engineer to take control of the technical challenges that this will bring.

As Principle Reservoir Engineer it will be your responsibility to maximize production and develop the reserve base of my client's Norwegian fields. You will implement and promote reservoir engineering best practices and take accountability for developing an already impressive team. You will act as the company representative at license meetings, QA all on-going technical work and take a hands-on role wherever necessary.

Clearly this brief calls for a Reservoir Engineer who has performed at team-lead level with an international OpCo and successful applicants are likely to have more than 15 years experience following their Masters degree. The role calls for expertise in simulation and production software and ideally previous exposure to North Sea fields.
