Description

Our facilities practice have been requested to secure the services of a talented process engineer to represent our operating company client within the offshore project team during the FEED and execution phases of a large scale gas development consisting of a semi-sub CPF and an FPSO.

The main responsibilities of this position will be to ensure that the process design for the floating facility and CPF are in line with the Project Basis as well as the relevant safety case and that the environmental impact has been minimised in compliance with project requirements.

The role will utilise your knowledge and experience of process design, calculation and simulation to direct and monitor the work being carried out by the FEED contractors for the design and specifications of equipment, procurement, construction, installation and offshore hook-up and commissioning of the CPF.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate 10+ years of experience within multidiscipline design teams associated with the design of offshore gas and condensate topside facilities as well as having a good understanding of design aspects from other engineering disciplines. Also key to this role is the ability to follow the project through to execution with a high awareness of safe working practices associated with the construction, pre-commissioning, installation and offshore hook-up and commissioning of CPFs and FPSOs.
