£30-35,000 annum

This is a renewable waste to energy contractor, they require a project engineer. This company use renewable power plant combination of biomass and waste in fuel waste to energy.

The position will be working with a team of nine staff, you will be project engineer with experience in waste and biomass. Educated with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ideally with a second degree or similar in renewable energy or project management. This will be probably your second or third job, with 2-3 year directly involved in biomass or energy to waste. The day to day work will be looking at developing renewable energy projects, technical feasibility studies, environmental assessments input for the environmental teams for EIA's. You will be supporting the technical and development team, for project design, process and fuel specifications, and costing.

The companies you will have worked on previously will be major engineering contractor in the Power industry, the engineering side of major utilities companies on Power industry, major waste companies or waste processing companies.
