Fantastic opportunity to join multidisciplinary consultancy!

You will be required to assist with:

  • Management of the Noise Team as Deputy Noise Team Leader based in Southampton;
  • Project Management;
  • Marketing and Business Development;
  • Mentoring of junior staff; and,
  • Taking the lead technical role (noise and vibration) on projects.

Essential academic, professional qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or similar in acoustics/vibration related field;
  • Proven technical ability in terms of problem solving and analytical thinking;
  • Business development experience;
  • Ability to manage time, resources and projects effectively; and,
  • Member of the IOA.

Desired academic, professional qualifications and experience:

  • Second Degree in acoustics/vibration related field; and,
  • Chartered status.

Competencies/skills:

  • Commitment to CPD;
  • Willing and able to work within team environment and involve others where necessary;
  • Innovative thinker;
  • Seeks opportunities to develop relationships with clients;
  • Seeks solutions for clients whilst taking account of needs of all stakeholders;
  • Able to write technical reports;
