My client offers a wide range of energy, environmental and utility management services

for Developers, Architects , Project Managers through to Industrial and Commercial

companies.

Due to company restructure an experienced Sustainability Consultant is

required. The individual must be self motivated and keen to develop this growing

side of the business.

Duties/Experience to include:

• Energy Statements/Strategy for planning applications

• Breeam Assessments, ideally healthcare and education

• Eco Homes/Code for Sustainable Homes

• SBEM

• EPCs

• DECs

• Ability to carry out energy surveys

• Renewable Technology

• CRC, CTS,

• Carbon Footprint

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in some or all of the above

• Good Communicator

• Ability to represent my client in technical meetings
