This international consulting engineering company are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to contribute to the firms business goals by providing technical solutions, advice. Support to Project Managers and Team Leaders by providing technical expertise to ensure that projects is delivered to cost, schedule, technical and quality standards to meet both client and the firms expectation.

You will be experience in the water industry and in Structural design. Manage and direct site surveys, field investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects. Plan, programme and co-ordinate reports on site findings for projects. Provide technical expertise in Structural design to meet project needs. Ensure planned project profitability is achieved or exceeded. Ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards. Plan, forecast and co-ordinate resources with group managers efficiently.

You will have be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or other relevant subject. A member of a relevant engineering institution i.e. IStructE. Experience in Structural Engineering. Outstanding skill level in business development. Ability to integrate into a team and provide technical management over other members of the treatment team. Experience in the management of staff and staff development.
