These risk management consultants are looking for an Electrical Package Manager to be based in Holland. Supporting the Operations Management Team, the Electrical Package Manager will be responsible for the electrical infrastructure and the foundations of the wind farm and will report to our client’s Asset Manager. The electrical infrastructure consists of the in-field and export cables (subsea and on land), the Offshore High Voltage Station and the land-based booster station. You will manage together with the Plant Manager the Operation and Maintenance of the electrical infrastructure and the foundations through a number of contractors. The daily work will consist of performance monitoring, QA/QC on the electrical systems, cables and foundations. Finally, the objective will be to maximize the uptime of the electrical infrastructure whilst keeping the highest quality, health & safety and environment standards.

The Electrical Package Manager will be responsible for

• Operation and Maintenance of the electrical infrastructure and the foundations

• Preventive Maintenance activities

• Condition Monitoring, registration and identification of trends

• Closing out punch list work (coming forward from the construction phase)

In addition, the Electrical Package Manager will cooperate with the external expert team to:

• Develop, implement and maintain procedures, manuals and standards for maintenance of the Electrical Infrastructure and foundations

• Develop, implement and maintain reporting standards of the technical performance of the electrical infrastructure

• Develop, implement and maintain QHSSE procedures and standards

Finally, the WTG Package Manager will support the Asset Manager in all the O&M activities as they come up, and contribute with ideas to optimize the performance of the windfarm.

Competences/capacities/requirements:

• Language skills; English (both writing and oral), Dutch is an advantage.

• Living in the area is an advantage.

• Education: higher (technical) education, electrical engineering

• Experience/background:

• Extensive experience as an operator with high voltage systems

• Offshore experience is an advantage

• Being familiar with Belgian Law and Regulation (ARAB, ARAI) is an advantage

• Affinity with green energy and offshore operations
