These risk management consultants are looking for an Asset
Manager to be based in Holland. The Asset Manager will be responsible for the
management of the Operations Team (3 to 5 persons) and will report to the CEO of
our client. You will manage together with the Operations Management Team the
maintenance contractors for turbines, electrical infrastructure and the on- and
offshore structures. The Asset Manager will also be responsible for QHSSE and
for maintaining the obligations of permits and contracts.
The overall objective is to maximize the profit and minimize
the risks for the shareholders, whilst keeping the highest quality, health
safety and environmental standards.
The Asset Manager will cooperate with the external expert
team to:

Develop, implement and maintain procedures, manuals and
standards for maintenance of all elements of the windfarm

Develop, implement and maintain reporting standards of the
technical performance of all elements of the windfarm

Develop, implement and maintain QHSSE procedures and
standards
-
Developing and implementing the client’s Operation
Management Structure
-
Contract negotiations of all O&M contracts, including
optimization of scope and interfaces.
In the course of the transition period, the Asset Manager
will take full responsibility for:

Operation and Maintenance of the entire Wind Farm

Management of the OM team, including the work of the
part-time external experts
Competences/capacities/requirements:

Education: academic or other higher (technical) education
-
Language skills; English (both writing and oral), Dutch
is a strong advantage.

Living in the area is an advantage.

Experience/background:
-
Extensive experience of working as an asset manager or
plant manager

Experience with contract management
-
Experience with QHSSE responsibilities in the work
-
Experience with contract negotiation is an advantage
-
Experience with O&M of windfarms is an advantage
-
Offshore experience is an advantage
-
Affinity with offshore operations
