In response to a growing order book, this offshore consulting engineering firm is seeking an experienced professional to lead a variety of consultancy projects associated with marine cables and their shore connections.

With a broad portfolio of clients in the offshore wind, marine interconnector and marine renewables sectors, their projects range through the full asset life-cycle from feasibility through route engineering, planning and installation.

You will have experience in Subsea Power Cable design or installation. You will have knowledge of the broader scope of issues involved in the planning, consenting and permitting of power cables, together with a thorough appreciation of the role of client engineer and working in both the offshore installation field and a consultancy office environment. Experience of vessel operations and offshore health and safety issues would be an advantage.
