This major consulting engineering company are looking for an air quality specialist with experience in air quality modeling and monitoring to join their existing, successful air quality team in London, Birmingham or Basingstoke.

The role will be to provide technical and business development support to the existing air quality team and wider Environmental Planning team and in particular, the management and delivery of air quality assessments as part of Environmental Impact Assessments, individual technical studies, or for regulatory purposes.

The project workload will be varied and include Environmental Permitting work, EIA component studies, odour assessments, transportation-related assessments, review and assessment work as well as ambient air quality monitoring studies. Expert witness experience is desirable, but not essential.

You should have experience in the use of the following dispersion models; Breeze Roads, Aermod, ADMS Roads and ADMS for assessing the air quality impacts of road traffic and/or industrial sources.
